Summary:
Provides Executive administrative support to director Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to, the following):
Organization, coordination and planning of operational activities of the program including scheduling of meetings and didactics Maintains and updates SharePoint Folder for the program.
Ensures that components of professional portfolios for residents are complete and contain all deliverables as they are completed.
Handles meeting logistics and maintains an executive calendar of all programmatic related activities.
Reserves office space as needed for program activities.
Creation and disbursement of resident schedules based on information from programmatic leadership.
Reviews incoming correspondence to program leader and forwards appropriately or based on knowledge of leader's views, may respond for them as needed Leads weekly operational meetings and help develop recommendations and action plans towards resolution of identified problems Initiates paperwork for employee transactions and reimbursements.
Orders appropriate equipment as designated by program director for residency program including books, educational materials/training modules Assists in investigating and resolving employee issues or concerns.
Coordination of recruitment efforts in the fall for upcoming cohort.
Develops applicant tracking spreadsheet during recruitment process and schedules applicant interviews at every stage of the interview process.
Ensures that appropriate leadership receives TEAMs invitations for interviews Maintains and submits appropriate grant correspondence.
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma AND experience in healthcare administration.
Preferred experience and/or education in healthcare administration.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
